At Pahal Solar, our manufacturing capabilities form the backbone of our commitment to quality, innovation, and scale. Strategically located in Olpad, Surat (Gujarat)—India’s emerging solar manufacturing hub—our advanced production ecosystem spans two fully operational units with a combined annual capacity of 2 GW. These facilities are meticulously designed to support high-volume, high-precision module production for domestic and international markets.

We are proud to be one of the few Indian solar manufacturers to operate a fully AI-integrated production line, setting a new benchmark in smart manufacturing. Every module passes through a tightly controlled process driven by automated stringing, high-speed lamination, real-time EL testing, and AI-based defect detection systems. This integration of intelligent automation not only improves throughput and quality but also ensures product reliability with minimal variation.

Our vertically integrated setup includes in-house lamination of EVA and EPE sheets, robust 40mm aluminum frame fabrication, and precision glass handling stations. These features give us an edge in building panels with greater mechanical strength and long-term performance under diverse environmental conditions. All our modules—ranging from Mono Crystalline and N-Type TOPCon to Bifacial technologies—are ALMM listed, ISO certified, and available in both DCR and Non-DCR variants. Power ratings extend from 525Wp to 660Wp, catering to utility-scale, commercial, and rooftop segments.

Sustainability remains a core principle in our manufacturing philosophy. Our operations adhere to strict environmental compliance, incorporating energy-efficient machinery, water-saving systems, and responsible material recycling practices. As we prepare to scale operations further, construction is underway for our next-generation AI-powered Giga Factory, which will enhance capacity beyond 4 GW and establish Pahal Solar as a global player in renewable energy manufacturing.

Advanced Testing for Superior Solar Standards

Every product that comes out of our solar manufacturing facility is rigorously tested and quality checked for consistency, making us a highly reliable PV module manufacturer in India.

We deploy a multi-stage testing process in our solar panel manufacturing plant including high-voltage testing, EL testing, mechanical load testing, and wet leakage test to eliminate defects and production issues. This results in A-grade solar panels that deliver optimal performance for years.
